We eventually decided on the UWS and then "the hunt" began in earnest. Jeff showed us numerous properties and not only gave us they're honest assessment of value, they also continued to listen to us, watching closely how we reacted to these properties, and again continued to hone in on what we really wanted. Finally a property did come on the market, and although we couldn't get down immediately to see it, had enough trust in their expertise by this point to allow them to put an offer in. He is the BEST!!

I would recommend Jeff to anyone buying a home, especially a first time home buyer in New York City. He showed us so many houses in our budget and waited patiently as we slowly came to a decision, without any pressure. He answered every question, no matter how small. And, even on the day of closing, continued to negotiate with the sellers until a broken stove situation was resolved.
