Jeannie was simply amazing! I already knew Jeannie had a great reputation but she went above and beyond, staying patient while I took my house on and off the market. Not only did she give me great advice for pricing and showings, she was an amazing negotiator and was able to get me the best offer in a tough market. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable and I can't thank her enough!

Jeannie went above and beyond in helping me to sell my condominium. The property was part of an estate and I do not live in California. We had many unexpected bumps in the road that I just could not handle being across the country and Jeannie was there to handle everything. She kept me informed of every detail and was always available to answer my questions, even when I would forget about the 3 hour time difference. If you need a realtor to help you sell or buy she's the one you want on your side. Leslie Paplaskas

I was recommened to Jeannie Frangos , and am very happy. I am the trustee to my parents estate and had a lot going on and it was a pleasure to have trust in my realtor. Jeannie provided info to the Trust lawyer when asked. She was very helpfull during this process. I give her an A+

Jeannie did an outstanding job with selling our home. She is an expert in every step of selling a house. She delivers on here promises and even goes beyond the expectation. I am very glad I came across her.

Jeannie was absolutely great. Thank you

Jeannie is a fantastic agent!!! We moved out of state before putting our house on the market and Jeannie went above and beyond in ensuring everything went smoothly as we were out of the state during cleaning staging inspections and the open houses. Jeannie met all the various people who needed access to our home on our behalf during the entire sales process (Cleaners Stagers Inspectors Real Estate Agents). Not only did she meet and exceed all our expectations with regards to the sales process she went by our home to pick up our mail and send it to us at our new home and she went to take our our trash bins as we had more debris in our move out process than we could get hauled away by our trash service before we moved. Jeannie kept us abreast of every new development during the entire process she is great at communicating to ensure the her clients know exactly where things are in the process. Jeannie is organized professional a great communicator and detail oriented; she listens to her clients and provides informed advice and guidance while meeting the desires and expectations of her clients. Jeannie is amazing and so easy to work with!

I have never met anyone as energetic talented and thorough as Jeanne Frangos. She made a very complicated process easy to understand and still covered every aspect of the process thoroughly. Jeanne was amazing at helping me to set the house up for sale what I absolutely needed to do to prepare and what was not necessary to do. She made sure to keep in very close contact sometimes three or four times a day. She also treated every question I had as a urgent matter and one that needed a quick response. There were never any stupid questions under her watch especially since this was the first time I had sold property. I really loved the letters she had each offer write as that gave me some insight into who wanted to buy my precious home. The most amazing part was when she went back to the first choice and asked them to make an adjustment that would expedite the sale of the property and they agreed. I have already forward her contact information to at least three friends and will continue to do so as the opportunity arises. My home was sold in less that 7 days from posting and over the asking price. Jeanne will forever be a special part of my family.

Ms. Frango is the ideal real estate professional. Her attention to detail and thorough knowledge of the market the paperwork and the process put us at ease and made the entire transaction easy accurate and even fun. She has answered every telephone call from us immediately - not sure how she dues that - and always has the answer we need. Having sold an property in another community we wish that we had known Ms. Frango earlier! Should we ever need the services of a real estate professional in the future she will be our first call.

This sales transaction was very emotional and very stressful (as are most real estate transactions). So to have someone like Jeannie working so close with you is a real asset. She was always calm and the feeling really came across that she cared about our family about what decisions were being made and what was in our best interest. We were selling due to loss of my father. Jeannie had great ideas she had a plan and always made sure I was updated with what was happening day to day. I felt like we were working as a team. Something I really valued was I could reach her at any time of the day by text or by email. To have someone call text or email right back was very important to me. It made me feel important. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us through this sale. 100% happy !!
