Jeannette is a wonderful agent, but more importantly a wonderful person. She sold my home in 4 days and made sure I found a new home as well, and it is exactly what I was looking for. The sale is done and Jeannette is still in contact.. making sure that everything is GREAT! Jeannette understands everything surrounding a sale and purchase and is extremely sensitive to the needs of her client. I would highly recommend Jeannette... She is a consummate PROFESSIONAL! and a wonderful LADY!
Jeanette is extremely knowledgeable of the area. She is cognizant of what her clients want and asks questions to assure that her knowledge is correct. Her searches for the right home are diligent and right on target. Her patience during that search does not have words that can describe it. She seems to never give up until that 'right' home is found. As my husband and I looked at homes she did not interfere as we browsed the home. Instead she gave us space and guidance. She never pressured us in any way, or made us feel that we were troubling her or taking too much of her time. She is so personnel and caring. She seems to just know how important it is that her clients find the perfect house so they can make it the perfect home. I have and will continue to recommend Jeanette as a top realtor.
We met Jeannette at an open house and immediately felt that she would be great to work with. Jeannette was patient and considerate and took time to learn about our family and our needs and ask questions that would help her research the best homes for us to consider. She is a GREAT listener and very responsive to questions and needs. She did a great job negotiating the best offer for our purchase and kept our best interests in mind - never once did we feel pushed into accepting a counter offer. After we entered the contract she managed the entire purchasing process of inspections and documents and coordinated the closing. We were very fortunate to meet Jeannette when we walked into that open house. You will not find a better realtor - or person - to work with!
Jeannette is an incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring realtor, who treats her prospective homebuyers like family. She instantly made my husband and I feel comfortable about purchasing our first home during a global pandemic and in a hot seller’s market by always having our best interests at heart. Jeannette was incredibly responsive (even on nights, weekends, and holidays!) and carefully listened to our needs. We never once felt pressured or rushed throughout the entire home buying process, and Jeannette always took the extra time to educate us. With Jeannette’s guidance and support, we ended up finding and purchasing our dream, forever home. We've already referred Jeannette to our family and friends and we can’t wait to use her again for our future real estate needs. Rest assured that you can trust Jeannette with your next home sale or purchase - you can’t go wrong with her in your corner!
If you are looking for the best, look no further. We were lucky enough to have found Jeannette when we relocated to Atlanta and have used her not only for rental but also two purchases and a sale of our property. She goes above and beyond, gives the best advise, works tirelessly (even across multiple time zones) and always has your back. I have recommended her to friends and she works just as hard for them!!! I have had many agents in the past but no one compares to the service and professionalism we received from Jeannette.

Another agent said I'd never get my asking price -- Jeannette proved him wrong! I was extremely impressed with Jeannette's knowledge, patience, and professionalism throughout the listing process. Any recommended improvements to the house were justified and definitely made an impact on the sale. My daughter and her husband have since worked with Jennette on the recent sale of their house and continues to work diligently on the purchase of their next house. Best. Agent. Ever!

My wife and I met Jeannette when we began looking for a horse farm near our previous home. She showed one of her listed homes and we immediately hired her to sell our home and she got us a contract on the farm. Our home was listed at 8 pm on a weeknight and we had 3 full price offers within one day!! Jeannette did an amazing job instructing us how to stage the home and bringing in a professional photographer for the photos. She does not cut any corners to make sure your listing will be extremely successful and efficient. Thanks for your amazing work!
Jeanette Carter is professional, tenacious and in short, absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail guided me through the purchase of my last rental property and saved me thousands of dollars in costly repairs that were only discovered because of her experience. I truly cannot find the words to adequately endorse her. I have purchased several properties in my life and until now I always wondered exactly what the agents were doing to earn their money. This was far from the case with Jeanette, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She earned every penny and earned my business forever. She is my agent!!
