The last year has been a rollercoaster to say the least, and Jeanne was along for the ride every step of the way. Through numerous bidding wars, lost houses and COVID, Jeanne was by our side. Our agent worked with us to find the perfect property, based on our needs. She showed us multiple listing in the area we were interested in. We placed an offer on one home that was rejected. The home was at the top of the range for the neighborhood and we were not willing to pay the listing price. The seller was not willing to negotiate. We monitored the sale of the property and found that the seller ended up re-listing the property at a price that was lower than our original offer. Justifying our position. Our agent helped us through that process and worked tirelessly to find the next home. Three months later we couldn't be happier with our agent and our purchasing decision.
