J & J sold our home in San Mateo Village. This was our first time selling a home and Janet & Jean really helped us navigate thru the process. They advised us on how to prepare the house in order to show off all of its features. They even came by with new potted plants for our front yard prior to our ad photos were shot. I cannot emphasize enough just how integral Jean and Janet were to the process of renting my condominium. I live on the East Coast in Massachusetts and my rental unit is in San Bruno, California. When my unit came up for rent last April, Jean and Janet were enthusiastically recommended to me by a prior customer. I had to do some renovations on my place and as soon as it was ready to show, they were right there. They were extremely professional and it was absolutely painless for me. They put together an ad, took pictures, and showed my place. They found a potential renter and they ran a credit check, spoke to the renters tirelessly, and in the end rented to a wonderful couple. That couple decided to move out of state, so again I reached out to Jean and Janet. The transition in renters was seamless thanks to them, even going as far as to allow me to sign documents via electronic signature so I did not have to be present. My place is rented for yet another year and I rest assured that, though I am 3,000 miles away, Jean and Janet will handle any and all of my (or my renter's) needs.
