John and Jean worked together masterfully to help us purchase our new home in Duluth. They provided excellent and timely advice which was esspecially helpful when we were negotiating the sale of our existing home at the same time as the purchase of our new home. Because our move was local, we needed to coordinate both transactions on the same day and work within a timeframe that was around 30 days so that we could be into our new home before the beginning week of school for our kids. In addition, we were out of town for two weeks right in the middle of the whole process and John was extremely helpful during the inspection of the new home we purchased and represented us well since we could not personally participate in the inspection.
