Jay is great. We were grateful to be return customers. With us every step with helpful reminders and invaluable expertise. Professional but personable. A real trouper for all the questions and our uncertainties. Don't know if we'll ever again be repeat customers, but if so we will definitely look him up. When the family follows us to Maine, I know who they'll be calling. 100% satisfied.
