Jay is a very savvy real estate agent. I say that in the kindest way. He listens to what you want and finds the best properties to meet your needs and expectations. Jay is very hands on. You can contact him at any time about anything and he will get back to you. He represented us as buyers but I know he will work just as hard if he is handling a listing for you. Jay is fun so nothing ever gets too tense. He will work tirelessly for you. He understands people and is a great asset to have in your corner. I would highly recommend Jay to be on your team when you are looking to buy just the right property or when it it time to sell your property.

It will be hard to find someone as professional as Jay. He is always quick to respond to questions and will never try to influence you in making a decision. He stays on top of things and is 100% reliable. We have dealt with many realtors through the years and nobody has ever been as kind and trustworthy and patient as Jay. He helped us finding our home and I highly recommend him to anyone that might need his services.

Jay Brock was our realtor and he couldn't have been any better!  He served us above and beyond anything we could've hoped for!  He was available for a thousand questions and concerns.  He showed us a dozen homes, with joy and enthusiasm.  He was quick to respond and followed through on all of the details.  We'd recommend him to anyone needing his services. Jo-Lynn Brooks

Jay was very kind and very honest with us while we were looking for a home. I can tell you, we are not the easiest people in the world to work with, and Jay certainly did everything possible to find the home best suited to us, an in the price range we were looking. Will definitely refer him to anyone who is looking for a Realtor. He was wonderful. Cory & Kitty Kreith
