Jason showed me over 50+ houses over the winter months until I finally found the perfect fit. My first attempt was a multiple bid process and Jason's opinion was not to go over his market evaluation for the property, although in my mind I could have gone 20k more. I trusted him and his opinion and I passed. A week or 2 later my second attempt led me into a multiple bid process again where I felt confident to offer more than the asking price based on his knowledge (and now mine from his tutelage) of the market.
