Jasmine has been an excellent agent for me and my family. When she first reached out to me (among several agents when I first let it be known that I wanted to sell my house) she stood out from the pack of agents who sought out my business by sending a personally written note that acknowledged all of the things I had been considering (whereas all the others sent an auto-generated message). This time and attention made me confident that she would take good care of us. She has shown ethical and kind actions at every turn, and did a great job with having my home staged and photographed, and keeping me informed along the way. Our final negotiations took us right up until midnight, and she was back at it the next day working early in the morning to help my family member with another offer. She seems to take on every deal as if it is her only deal, and really gives sincere and personal attention to all she does. A lovely person to work with, and we have already reached out to her on two more things since this one. Would recommend Jasmine to anyone.
This was a very difficult process to go through ,preparing, listing ,selling our cottage. I am very techy challenged and Jasmine was there EVERY step of the way, from my anytime of the day calls,or leaning on her computer support to electronically send necessary information. She always made me feel supported and it felt like I was her ONLY client, she was so attentive.
