I had an outstanding experience working with Baird & Warner and the Jasinski Home Team. From beginning to end, their service was top-notch. The team was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, questions were handled quickly, and I always felt like they were looking out for my best interests rather than simply trying to get the transaction completed. Buying or selling a home can come with plenty of moving pieces, and having the right team makes a tremendous difference. The Jasinski Home Team delivered exactly that level of support. I would absolutely recommend Baird & Warner and the Jasinski Home Team to anyone looking for a professional, dependable, and genuinely customer-focused real estate team. Five-star service from start to finish.

Phil was a warrior. He worked with us for over 5 months setting up homes for us to view across a wide mile radius, inspecting important aspects of each home to assess their integrity and blemishes, and possibilities. When we got an offer accepted he was instrumental with the negotiation and saw us through all the way to closing which was not convenient for him distance wise. I am glad to know I have an agent we can count on for referrals and future property endeavors.

Steve did a great job from start to finish and I would highly recommend him.

Steve and his team were beyond helpful and exceeded all expectations.

Steve was great! He was accurate about what the house would fetch and was very helpful in facilitating all aspects of the sale.

Agent Kevin Farmar provided no less than exceptional service. We were impressed with his vast knowledge and expertise of the industry, familiarity and insight of the area, positive demeanor and professionalism. We commend his patience and persistence in searching high and low, day and night, wkdays/wknds., around our schedules, with and without the kiddies. This is our second home purchased and we have been out of the loop for some time in the buying process. With his guidance, advice, negotiation and preparation, brought about a smooth buying experience. I can't say that about our first time. Kevin, on behalf or Norma, Sebastian, Galilea and myself, thank you so much for helping us acquire our new home!!!!!”Regards,Moises M. Jr
