Janice has been a great wonderful person to work with. This is the second time I’ve worked with her. She makes things happen and makes me feel very important.

We have done business with ReeceNichols for several years when purchasing and selling real estate. We continually return to Janise Woody as our realtor. We have had only good experiences with Janise. She makes buying and selling very easy for us. She is very friendly, professional, and is very knowledgeable. Janise is extremely easy to work with and we value her opinion and guidance. She is very knowledgeable about what the real estate market is doing and has many ideas in purchasing and selling properties. Janise is very experienced in her profession and has good judgement. She is definately an asset to ReeceNichols and we look forward to doing business with her again in the future.

Janise was amazing. She went about and beyond to help get my house sold. I am forever grateful to her. She made the entire process smooth and explained all the details to me. She was also able to help me through a very tough point during closing. I have used Janise twice as a realtor and if I ever need a realtor again she will be my first call. I highly recommend to anyone selling or buying a home to use Janise Woody.

The best anyone could ever expect. Even after my realtor still gives me advice and helps me as much as she can 🙂

Janise Woody is very personable and professional. She sold a home for us many years ago and her professionalism and work ethics led us back to her so that she could sale another home for us just recently.
