We didn't select Janisa, Janisa selected us. We've been home shopping for the past 5, almost 6 years now, talking with several different agents, approval letter after approval letter, we were quite determined that we weren't able to buy a home where we wanted. Quite simple actually, I want to stay in Eliot Maine was my only demand. Janisa did in a month what other agents couldn't do in 6 years. Seriously. I understand now that shopping for agents is just as important as shopping for lenders or homes. My trust isn't easy to earn. I mentally put everyone though the wringer without them ever knowing. Janisa is just good at what she does and after about our 3rd or 4th phone conversation, I literally went 'All in' with her. She's smart, professional, honest, determined, sassy, and I don't think she's scared to push someone up against a wall and tell em how it is. She didn't try selling us a house she wanted us to buy, she helped up find the house we wanted to buy. Janisa is without a doubt the absolute BEST! She went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our very first home in this crazy market, and we couldn't have done it without her!
