We then turned to selling the condo in which we lived for the past 10 years, and again Janine's market knowledge helped us set an aggressive but fair asking price, which attracted multiple offers resulting in a sale above the ask. In both the purchase and sale processes, Janine handled coordination with attorney, realtors and other resources with true professionalism.
