We would like to say thank you to both Janie Vaughan & John Harms. Janie made the whole process a positive one. Her energy, her willingness to assist us in any way, her upbeat friendly attitude was just wonderful! Janie's communication toolbox was full. Her texts, phone calls, emails & notices when something had to be signed or decided were quick and clear. No balls were dropped. John was so relaxed and kind. We never felt any pressure from either agent. They both made us feel like we had two new Florida friends. We love our new home.

I cannot say enough nice things about Janie Vaughan and every aspect of getting this property nailed down and closed. Janie was so patient and understanding throughout the search process and so knowledgeable and patient with all the details of doing this transaction as a 1031 Exchange. Your office was also extremely helpful when I needed documents signed and notarized as I sold some of these Richmond properties. You have built a great team! Mary Anne Hooker

I’m not sure there are enough positive adjectives to describe my relationship with Jane Vaughan. Knowing her as a friend and neighbor first was all I needed to know when it came to choosing a realtor to sell our property and my instincts were spot on. She gave her undivided attention to selling our villa and you would have thought she was selling a $20,000,000.00 property but she wasn’t. However, I came to realize that she gives that same amount of attention to all her clients regardless of how big or small the deal is. She is a true professional that knows her business and she goes above and beyond during the process and even after her work is done. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their property. And best of all I have a wonderful friend for the rest of my days!!

It was a true pleasure working with Janie. Buying our dream home in Boca Grande while living in the north shore of Chicago was a huge worry for us. But with Janies help it was a seamless process. She was always at the ready to take our call and talk us through the process. Janie went above and beyond in helping us - she helped us find the best architects and builders and even offered to accept deliveries. We are truly thankful that Janie was in the office the day we wandered into the Michael Saunders office! And even more thankful to be able to call her a friend. We absolutely recommend Janie Vaughan!

It was a tremendous pleasure to work with Janie regarding our recent purchase of a condominium in Boca Grande. She exemplified professionalism and was very patient with our ever changing demands. I can not say enough good things about Janie and her assistance in our purchase and knowledge of the area we were interested in purchasing. She removed the stress from an oftentimes stressful situation. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.

It is a pleasure for my wife and I to write a testimonial about our professional experience with Janie Vaughan helping us finding a property in Boca Grande. Janie was extremely helpful both before and after the closing. It is very important to us to have people in a professional capacity return our telephone calls in a timely fashion. Janie did so on every occasion no matter what the time or day and did so cheerfully. Working with Janie was a pleasure given her personality and commitment to her work. If she didn't know the answer to one of our many questions she got us the answer quickly. Sometimes buying real estate can be stressful especially 1,500 miles from our other home. Janie connected us to other professionals needed to complete a closing such as insurance agents, movers, electricians, etc. She knows a great many people which made our ability to meet vendors very easy. She and the seller's agent got along very well each acting ethically and respectfully. Following our closing Janie continued to answer our calls when we were trying to furnish our new home. In short, we have no hesitation recommending Janie who we never knew before the day we met Janie at her office. Arnold Rutkin and Sally Oldham

Janie's professionalism and outstanding level of knowledge and service helped us find the perfect house but did not end there. She has become a wonderful friend who has introduced and educated us about the island and is a resource to us for all things Boca Grande. We would highly recommend Janie and Michael Saunders to anyone looking to move to Boca Grande and its environs.

May 2015 I purchased a house on Palm Avenue in Boca Grande a year ago, and I had the pleasure of working with Janie Vaughn as a co-broker in the transaction. She made seamless the offer, the P&S, building and pest inspections, a new survey and the closing. After the purchase, she went out of her way to help with finding service people for the pool, landcaping, AC, appliances and the like, accepted deliveries when I was away and even selected fabrics and arranged for some re-upholstery. She made what could have been a daunting process very straight forward, and for that I thank her. John Cunningham Boston, MA

I have the pleasure of working at the same company as Janie Vaughan. Michael Saunders and Company. Janie is a true gem, a co-worker and a friend who can always be counted on. Last year, I encountered one of the most unfortunate tragedy's in my life. I was in the middle of a transaction with a buyer and was not able to continue. Janie jumped in, took over, and did a tremendous job! It closed with no problems and she would not take a penny from me. She is a joy to work with and another realtor would be lucky to have her on the other end of any transaction. Thank you Janie from the bottom of my heart!
