Janet was amazing to work with! She patiently took me to look at all of the homes I found online, often with minimal notice. She very quickly learned what was important to me and often reminded me of it when I got sidetracked by less important details. She was so in tune with what I wanted, that she gently and repeatedly pushed me to look at a home I didn't think I was interested in, but based on her knowledge and experience she thought it would be a good fit. She was absolutely correct! I fell in love with it and put in an offer! My offer was one of TEN, but again, based on her expertise, she counseled me to do all the right things when writing my offer. She negotiated late into the night, long after I was asleep, and I woke the next morning to a message saying we had gotten the house! I closed one month ago today, and I truly believe that I got just the right home for me at a very competitive price.
