During the process, Janet Gesualdi became family! She was always on top of all new listings! This year buying a house was like attending an auction! Highest bidder got the house! and i refuse to buy a house that's $30,000 more then what its worth! i had at least 7 or 8 homes that i put an offer on that were literally bought by families that were willing to pay much more!
