I find Janet to be the "ultimate professional" but at the same time she makes you feel as if you are her her only client. Janet is exellent at delicately steering her clients in the direction that is needed, but at the same time understanding their perspective. I've known Janet for about 7 years now as she helped me liquidate a relative's estate. I would recommend Janet to anyone and I wouldn't consider any other realtor to assist me.
