I have used Jane twice, first to buy a house in Foster City. I was impressed with her service during that period. I told her my parameters, including my price range, and she put together a list of places to show me that met my specifications. I was pleased that she did not show me anything above my spending limit, unlike a realtor I met many years prior. As it happened, I chose the first house that she showed me, and she helped me navigate the purchase process. I fell in love with that house, it was perfect for me. Over the years I kept in touch with her, because she has a handy list of contractors that she was happy to refer me to. About twenty years later I decided to sell the house to move near my grandchildren. I used Jane again to bring my house to market. This time her service was absolutely extraordinary. We spent literally hours together working out the disclosures and preparing the home for sale. She helped me line up contractors, get quotes, get inspections and oversee the work after I moved away from town. With her help, we updated the interior with new flooring and paint throughout, new lighting, and new appliances, followed by professional staging, professional photography and videos. I vacated the house and left the area with full confidence that Jane would oversee the work and get it done right. Finally Jane helped me choose a buyer using her knowledge of other realtors to recommend an agent that reliably brought his clients through to closing.
