We were flying in from out of town to check out the city and look at neighborhoods before we accepted a job out here. We reached out to Maddy through Instagram for recommendations and areas to check out and boy did she deliver, we had a ton of things to see. We had a great list of neighborhoods, parks, restaurants and farmers markets. Listed by area with tons of info. Long story short. We had a fantastic time and a few months later we moved to Tacoma, re-connected with Maddy and started our search for a home. Maddy was very patient and very knowledgeable of the area and the different vibes in each. There are so many great areas in this city. Once we found a place, the process could not have gone smoother. Maddy, her team and the title company were all a pleasure to work with. They were quick, responsive and dealt with all banks and parties efficiently and respectfully.
