Jami was amazing. We were first time home buyers and while we had been planning this move and did a lot of research preparing for the worst experience possible... Jami completely took all the stress out of the process.  She basically found the home, asked important questions to the current home owner, negotiated the price, determined the repairs and followed through that they weree= complete and was there in the final moments when we closed the deal to make sure we felt confident in our purchase. We went and viewed about 5 different homes and she was honest about the areas, what kind of work she could see the home needing and appreciating what we wanted in a home and how each place fit our criteria and reminding us what we would be giving up and gaining in each property. She seems to really know the areas around Springfield and Chatham. She was pretty spot on with the asking price we should propose which was nearly identical to what the bank ended up appraising our home to be.  Her assistant was pregnant during the process yet she never missed an email and was timely with her reponses. If she didn't hear from us she would still check in by phone or mail just to make sure we were taken care of during the loan approval process and with each inspection report explaining what was going on.  I never felt out of the loop!  She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking in the Springfield Chatham area.
