While living in the Fargo/Moorhead area for the past 20 years, it's been a thrilling ride to witness our once "small city" flourish and grow into a larger “small city”. As our communities expand, my hope remains strong that we'll uphold our genuine "small town" spirit when encountering new faces, treating them like cherished neighbors. In my current role, I'm your go-to expert for all things in residential real estate. My familiarity spans across existing and budding neighborhoods, not just within our close-knit community, but also throughout the delightful towns that populate the Fargo/Moorhead region. Whether you're diving into new construction, eyeing established homes, or embarking on a home-selling journey, I'm committed to guiding you through the real estate processes, finding that perfect home for you and your loved ones. Originally from Grafton, ND, I gained multiple degrees from the University of North Dakota, studying Communications/Advertising, and thrived in the field of direct mail marketing for nearly three decades before joining BHGRE Park Company. My transition to real estate with BHGRE Park Company has offered me the chance to observe the exciting business boom in our community and witness the evolution of multiple new neighborhoods taking shape. I'm excited to utilize my prior professional experience and enthusiasm for real estate, guiding you seamlessly through the process of buying and/or selling your home. When not searching out homes, you'll find me, along with my wife, Kim, and daughter, Emelia, enjoying the beauty of the lakes area, exploring numerous state parks across ND and MN, and connecting with cherished family and friends. And yes, sneaking in a bit of fishing on the side adds a dash of delight to my already wonderful life! Here's to embracing life's adventures together!
