James was extremely helpful in coordinating items to be taken care of - finding a landscaper, handyman, and radon installer. He also met them at the home as I was out of town, wouldn't have been able to get things completed without his assistance and help in keeping everything moving. He kept me apprised of where things stood and what next steps were.

When it came time to sell our rental house in KCMO we knew we had an extra challenge considering we lived 800 miles away. I contacted the local R&N office closest to Waldo in hopes of finding a realtor with neighborhood knowledge. I was connected to James Hopkins and after speaking with him once, I was sure I'd found the right person. I was right. The sale of the house was an exercise in Murphy's Law to put it mildly. I can't even list all the things that went wrong as I'm sure I'd run out of characters allowed. However, no matter what it was- problems with contractors, buyer negotiations, etc. James went above and beyond and I'm convinced that no other realtor would have been able to make this sale happen. He even went into our creepy crawlspace to investigate an issue so we didn't have to hire someone to do it. And believe me, it's super creepy down there. He communicated clearly and often keeping my anxiety about being so far away at bay. I highly recommend James Hopkins. If I ever move back to KC and need to buy or sell a house there, he will be my one and only call.
