Ours was a real estate engagement that spanned more than 7 months; my first attempt to close on a property began in August 2017. Said property proved to be a herculean task that was met with chronic roadblocks. Despite the mounting challenges presented by the selling team (real estate agent, attorney and property owner), Jacquelyn remained an integral part of my team; she offered objective and important insight, was supportive, professional and diligent until I could no longer invest my time or money on a property that was severely misrepresented by the selling team. I cancelled the contract after more than 4 months of delays, untruths, last minute closing cancellations and unreliable intel on behalf of the selling team. Throughout our real estate engagement, Jacquelyn has been proactive, attentive, professional and sensitive to my concerns and requests relative to each of the properties of which we were involved. We recently closed (March 28) on a property; this was a seamless transaction thanks to the efforts of Jacquelyn. In just under 6 weeks, we signed the contract and successfully closed on the property!! Jacquelyn managed to show me properties within hours of my requests; not only did she arrange for the specific property I was interested in, she scheduled additional showings of similar homes on the same day!!
