Jacob is great. He was low key and very honest. While there weren't many "difficult" questions, he answered everything honestly and firmly. I really appreciated that. He was very responsive, especially as we were getting close to our signing, and in breaking news to us that our heating system was having issues. Throughout that experience, he was always very timely and responsive and able to give us good honest answers, even if the answer was "I don't know". During the entire process, he reassuringly handed us off to the next person, and was always there if needed. Definitly a nice person. really appreciated his low key approach and honesty.
