It was a pleasure working with Jacob, he was very knowledgeable and was always available if we needed help or advice.

We started our home search in Rhode Island with Sheena and were connected with Jacob to continue our search in Connecticut. Both Sheena and Jacob were fantastic to work with. They were always available to answer our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. As first-time buyers, submitting an offer felt a bit overwhelming, but Jacob walked us through each step, helped us put together a strong offer, and kept us updated along the way. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and never made us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. We’re so grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

I met Jacob from Mott & Chace in August of '25. He was referred to me by a friend. My experience was life-changing. I was selling my parents home (92, 89 years old) I had no prior knowledge of the home other than it's where my parents lived. We learned about their home together, he took his time explaining everything to me. We went over the ins and outs of the home TOGETHER. I'm sure I wasn't easy to work with. At times I was an emotional roller coaster. I couldn't have done it without him. His professionalism, knowledge, patience and humor got me through a dark time. For me to say I would recommend Jacob is an understatement. The time, commitment and emotions he placed on one sale far exceeded my expectations.

Jacob is a great person and reliable.

We are so grateful to have worked with Jacob, he made the process so quick and easy for us. Incredible in every way!

Jacob is world class.

Jake Rochefort and the Mott and Chase team are an excellent realtor group. They made selling my home a hassle free experience. I worked with Jake on the purchase of the home 15 years ago and coming from a person who has 3 friends who are realtors, I only trust Jake to guide me in the right direction when it comes to buying and selling real estate.

Selling a home can be an extremely stressful time having Jacob as our realtor made the process of selling our house so smooth and easy. He’s so communicative, fast responses, always answered questions honestly, extremely knowledgeable and has a great attitude! I would absolutely use Jacob in the future for all realtor needs!

Jacob was clear about all the steps, helpful with recommendations, and did not push us in any directions. We would use him again to buy or sell.
