It's 9 o'clock at night. You're staring at a contract, your deal is unraveling, and you don't know which way is up. You've read the same paragraph four times and it still isn't making sense. What on earth do you do? You do what every agent on our team does in that moment … you call Jacob. And just like that, everything gets better. He picks up the phone with that big, booming, cheerful voice, as if he's been waiting for your call, as if it's the middle of the afternoon and he has all the time in the world. Without looking, he's cited some obscure paragraph in a CAR form … word for word … explained what it means, what your options are, and what he'd do. The fog lifts. You have a path forward. This is Jacob. Every single time. As our real estate manager, coach, mentor, and teacher, Jacob brings encyclopedic knowledge of the contract paired with a genuine, unwavering desire to help. Day, night, weekends, it doesn't matter. He is always there, always cheerful, always ready. And when real estate gets hard, as it often does, it’s comforting to know Jacob has your back. One of his most remarkable gifts is his ability to bring clarity to chaos. When you're flustered and going in six different directions, Jacob listens, cuts right to the heart of the matter, and hands it back to you in a way that's suddenly simple and clear. He has a talent for distilling the noise into exactly what you need to hear. We are so lucky to have Jacob as our manager. He doesn't just support our team, he teaches us, nurtures us, and elevates every single one of us, every single day.
