Jack Kester is an excellent realtor and I highly recommend his services. I have worked with Jack on both the buy and sell sides, and he is great to work with. He truly cares about his clients and it shows.

Our experience working with Jack was spectacular. His extensive knowledge of Charlotte and the surrounding areas was instrumental in helping us find our next home. His attention to detail is visible through his research and recommendations. He took the time to learn about us, our needs, and showed us some incredible properties. Not to mention, he has great food and activity recommendations. We look forward to working with Jack in the future!

From our very first meeting, Jack impressed us with boundless patience and genuine commitment. No question was too small or repetitive—every time we reached out (often after hours!) he responded promptly and thoroughly. He broke down each nuance of buying and selling into step-by-step, clear, everyday language, turning what felt overwhelming into something we could confidently navigate. When inevitable anxieties crept in, Jack was a calming voice, reassuring us with facts, options, and steady guidance. Thanks to his expertise and constant support, we felt empowered throughout the process and are now happily settled in our new home. We can’t recommend Jack highly enough!

Jack is a pleasure to work with. He was always ready to host an open house, he was quick to follow up with each showing agent and he worked tirelessly to find a buyer for our home.
