Jack was attentive to our unique needs, and helped us find our unicorn. He was available, patient and very knowledgeable. He helped us navigate the bidding process and ultimately closing the deal on our new home.
Jack was very helpful through the entire process. What stood out most about Jack was his ability to communicate both by phone and text and email. His follow up communications were thoughtful and very detailed regarding prospective buyers and potential next steps. I certainly did not feel like I was out there on my own trying to figure out what to do next. Jack was great from the time we signed a listing contract through closing date. Jack was also careful to make sure that I upheld my obligations and that the buyer followed through on all of their required actions per the contract. If I had to do it again… Jack would be my choice.
