When making a purchase or selling a home or in our case a deceased loved one’s home I would not recommend anyone but Garland Thurman! His experience, professionalism and knowledge is absolutely remarkable! We knew we could trust him from the very first meeting and he earned that trust and kept it throughout the entire process. He worked effortlessly and tirelessly to sell our home fast. I cannot stress enough that experience is what you want when so much is at stake.

We appreciated Garland so much during the period when we were selling our home of 29 years and through the final closing. He kept us appraised of what was happening - we never had to wonder where things stood. He was thorough, understanding and more than helpful. He really does know how to go "above and beyond." Thank you, Garland

Garland was wonderful! I was looking for a home in Denver Metro area. I needed a certain type home that was in close proximity to my children's school and my work. Garland guided me to numerous homes that were good fits and that met my needs; he didn't try to change what I wanted or needed. With his experience as a broker, he provided invaluable insight into the homes that I was considering and the current market. He also saved me from continuing to work with a lender that was being unreasonable and likely was going to kill the deal I wanted. Garland referred me to a reputable bank lender who was able to get the deal done and on better terms than the national mortgage company. Thank you Garland!

We enjoyed working with Garland on the sale of our home. He visited with us several weeks prior to our "market date" to listen to our ideas on what "to do/not do" when preparing our home for market. From there, he provided feedback... helping us to focus our efforts before the sale. When the house hit the market, the sales package was impressive. From the printed materials to the on-line package, everything was inviting and the results highlighted our upgrades and investments. We feel that anyone looking at the package, without the benefit of seeing the house in person, could picture living in our home almost 20 years. (On a side note, the sales package gave our community neighbors something to talk about for weeks as they didn't realize the extent of the upgrades.) All in all, Garland and his team took the time and made the effort to complete a successful transaction, while understanding that it was stressful to be selling our home of almost 20 years. The blend of compassion and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Thank you

Garland has been our family relator for the past 25 years and has helped us sell/purchase eleven homes. Garland is extremely knowledgeable, through, patient and honest. He's our first call when we're thinking of a move.

We have known Garland over 30 years and have always been impressed with his integrity and work ethic. He assisted us in identifying and purchasing the home we currently reside in the Preserve and we could not be more pleased with his efforts. Garland’s gift is understanding what a client hopes to find and matching that up with what is available in the market.

Best buy side realtor we have ever used.

Extremely professional and experienced to keep you protected. Always looking out for the best interest of his clients
