JD Higgason was a great realtor to work with when we decided to sell our land in Spring Hill this year. He had helped us with questions regarding interest we had received years ago and he made the process of finally listing it easy. We received regular updates and appreciated his expertise once offers were made-he answered all questions we had with his friendly, easy going disposition! We’d highly recommend JD to help you sell or buy in the greater KC area. Sarah Wasmer
