Iman is one of a kind.
My wife and I are first time home buyers, and we viewed a lot of listings and met a lot of realtors. Most of them seemed to know what they were doing, but something just felt like it was missing, it felt transactional. As first time home buyers, stepping into the market and making the biggest financial commitment of our lives, we were really just looking for a sense of comfort.
This is where Iman stood out. From day one, there was no sales pitch and no pressure. Instead, she took the time to understand who we are, our background, our family, what mattered to us, and what we were actually looking for in a home. It felt more like talking to a real person than being “sold” anything.
Once we found what we were interested in, is when she really went to bat for us. She handled communication with the builder, our lawyer and mortgage broker throughout the review period, kept everything moving, and made sure we understood what was happening at each step. She checked in frequently, showed up, and always made space for questions.
Overall, our experience with Iman was incredibly smooth and well managed, far beyond what we expected going in. We’re excited to be moving into our first home, and a big part of that is thanks to Iman’s approach, her consistency, and how genuine she is. We are really fortunate that we had her in our corner. We feel lucky to have worked with her, and have no doubt that others will too.
