Iletha Jones was very professional and personable. Easy to talk to and communicated clearly and promptly as needed. With Covid and the change in the way house selling and buying is, she diligently walked us through the process. There were some hiccups (NOT by her doing) but on the side of the buyer's agent and lender's appraisal. She was extremely helpful and kept us informed. Iletha represented us throughout the process and especially on the day of settlement. There were some behind the scenes shenanigans with the "buyer/lender/realtor" up to the 24th hour but Ms. Jones stayed on top by asking questions and getting answers on our behalf while keeping us abreast. Ms. Jones is exceptional and provided us with outstanding customer service and gave us the best customer experience we could ask for.
