We did our best to follow that advice, and the extraordinary video she had made showed the best possible views to prospective buyers. after just one weekend of open houses we had three offers over the asking price, and a stiff competition developing among them. Our choice of buyers was largely based on their love of the garden and the access to a great outdoor life available to their family. Our move was hectic, but Hong coached us through it successfully.
