Holly made everything happen! I reached out to Holly at 8:30am as we had an appointment with the listing realtor at 9:00am. I woke up realizing I needed a realtor representing us, not both us and the client. She was on her way to her daughter's house in Grand Rapids and turned around immediately to show us the house at 9:00am.
Things did not appraise out with the first appraiser. We changed to her lender and the new appraiser had more lake frontage experience. She was amazing communicating our wants to the seller's agent and getting it closed in time to take occupancy before Thanksgiving.
