Knowing Holly for years. She helped our friends selk and buy their new home and we knew she would be the right agent for us when we decided to sell our house. We were very happy and satisfied working with Holly. She listed our house and it was on the major real estate sites almost immediately! (ln comparison the house across the street from us also went up for sale and wasn't listed on any sites for over 24 hours.) We had showings immediately and our house sold in only 4 days! Holly was instrumental in helping it sell so fast. She was in constant communication with us and helped us get it sold at full asking price! She was professional throughout the process and after closing gave us two personalized gifts which we deeply appreciated and will proudly display in our new home. We would recommend Holly to anyone in the Saginaw area who's thinking of moving as their agent. It's guaranteed they will not be disappointed!
I have had 5 real estate transactions in the past year and a half with Holly (both buying and selling). The last sale went smoothly as well. I won't even consider another agent....Holly is the best. You can trust in her with your real estate needs.
I reached out to Holly when the idea of moving back to Saginaw County came about. From the very start, we found Holly’s level of professional integrity and knowledge of the area very refreshing. She was OUR agent and we knew right away we were in good hands. This was especially important since we were nearly 12 hours away - which presented many challenges in looking for our new home. Holly was accessible to us throughout the buying process and we never felt abandoned or uninformed. We had an amazing experience and Holly is responsible for this smooth journey. We can’t thank her enough.
From the beginning to closing, she was always there guiding me, answering every question, and making sure everything came together smoothly. There were so many details and challenges along the way, but she handled everything with patience and professionalism. I love her
In the past year I have sold three properties and purchased another with Holly. All of my transactions were seamless. I returned to Holly after purchasing rental properties with her 20+ years ago. She is excellent at her job and knows the market. She is prompt, professional, and conscientious. If you are looking for an agent I would highly recommend her.
