We were selling our house and Holly came highly recommended from a friend that had used her as their realtor. We were moving to another state and were concerned about having any issues handled since we could not physically come back to take care of any needs that might arise. Start to finish, Holly was pivotal in handling everything for us and giving us the peace of mind of knowing that she was nearby when we had to be so far away while selling our home. She was able to line up excellent service people to handle anything that was needed and get our house on the market quickly. From preparing our house, listing our house, being under contract and selling our house, it was all unbelievably low stress and it was all thanks to her. She is personable, knowledgeable, professional, insightful and was available for anything we needed. If I could give her unlimited stars I would--she is truly the best!

My wife and I are so please with Holly as our Realtor. She is professional, fair, technically knowledgeable, and made our experience with her very comfortable. We will use Holly McKnight for all of our real estate buying / selling and financing concerns in the future. We are Very Pleased with her and recommend her for your real estate experiences too!

If you are looking for a knowledgable, local realtor to represent you, Holly is THE RIGHT CHOICE! We could never have sold our home without Holly's expertise, connections, networking and negotiation skills. Having already moved off Innerarity Island to New Mexico, our lovely home sat empty during storm after storm, including Hurricane Sally. Being so far away from our little island community during this disaster was difficult! Holly managed the clean up effort around our property from broken limbs to assessing any damage. She coordinated vendors, workers, and handymen. There isn't anything Holly didn't do for us and we are forever grateful for her professionalism, willingness to go WAY above and beyond as our former neighbor and successfully sell our home quickly and painlessly. This is a stressful process and Holly kept us calm, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. If you live on Innerarity Island or in the vicinity, you simply cannot do better than to hire Holly McKnight. She's a rock star!

Holly is great to work with. She is honest and cares about her customers. Holly also has a great personality, is creative and pays attention to detail. It’s great to have an agent you can trust.

Total professional. Attention to detail. 100% trustworthy. I trusted her to make the deal happen, she worked very hard to dot every I and cross every T. The buyers were also comfortable that all negotiations were in good faith. She worked with the inspectors, appraisers, to satisfy all issues to everyone’s satisfaction. I was so pleased we now have another property listed with her and have another contract pending.

Holly is the most hardworking sincere agent I have ever had the pleasure of meeting , and that saying a lot as my mother was one for 25 yrs. Her attention to details and use of emails made the purchase of my dream home a snap from another state.

Holly always responds promptly and efficiently to all our calls and questions. It is a pleasure to work with such a pleasant and professional individual.
