Hillary did a great job from start to finish. She is very thorough and explained the entire process to my father and I and was always available for any questions. She is not only very professional but very compassionate. She was very kind to my 86 year-old father that struggled a little bit through the process, but she was able to guide him through it. She even came out to his house twice. I think the end result of selling the house in one day is all that needs to be said about Hillary. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
I can't say enough good things about Hillary! My family and I loved working with her. She always went above and beyond throughout the entire 9-month process. Hillary was incredibly patient and knowledgeable during both the ups and the downs that we experienced. It started with me discussing how I was looking for a house about a year and a half ago at a hair appointment and instantly Hillary had went out of her way and brought pamphlets and information on the home buying process. This year and a half house hunting journey ended with a friendship. As a first time home buyer and a young single female there were a lot of things that I was unaware of going into this journey. Hillary explained each and every step and went above and beyond for advocating for me. I definitely saw some questionable houses in this process and where some agents could have just told me to sign the papers and not discussed further details; Hillary looked out for me in each situation as if I was her own. She was beyond patient, very knowledgeable, accommodating with my work schedule, and beyond kind. I truly believe one of many things that makes her a great agent is the fact she genuinely loves her job and her clients and that does show. I would recommend Hillary to anyone.
I have known Hillary as a friend for many years but did not know her as a realtor. When I decided to sell my home of 40 years she was the person I asked to be my realtor. She began by explaining in detail all that would have to be done in order to put my home on the market and that continued throughout the whole process of preparing my home and myself to make this transition. Hillary was personable, professional, explained things clearly, and I appreciated her answering questions--sometimes more than once. At times it was difficult thinking about moving from a home that was very familiar to another place to live; that was a huge change. Her understanding of my concerns was very helpful.
