Herman, we want to express our sincere appreciation for all you have done to market and sell our house in Albany. Throughout the process, your professionalism and talent were clearly demonstrated and we are truly pleased and impressed. You marshaled all the preparation work needed and followed through with each item with care and persistence that only someone who treats this as their own house would have done. Your attention to details made sure that the documents and reports needed were in perfect order, and the house was in full compliance with the code. You have even gone extra miles in helping us getting the water leak from our neighbor issue resolved amicably and satisfactorily. You have found us competent workers to do all the fixes needed to meet buyer requirements and expectations. Overall, your performance far exceeded our expectations. All these would certainly make us recommend you highly to anyone who will be considering you to represent them in any real estate transactions.
