As first time home buyers, we were pretty apprehensive going into the process. When looking for a realtor we initially only thought about experience and trustworthiness, but because we knew we'd be in frequent contact with our realtor during the home buying process we realized we needed someone that we vibed with too. Hema checked all of those boxes and then some. From day one she was communicative and available, and she took the time to really listen and get to know us to find the right home for us. She considered our initial likes and dislikes and provided helpful guidance and information before we even had our first showing. From there we were able to really narrow down what we actually wanted (after not being sure for the past few years of thinking about home ownership!) so that we could see homes based on our updated criteria. Long story short, we've just closed on our dream home only 6 weeks after our first contact with Hema. She was right there with us every step of the way, answered all of our questions (many of them before we even thought to ask!) and provided the guidance we needed. There was never any pressure about any aspect of the process; she set us up for success in getting what we wanted, and then let us direct the timeline. She found us our dream home right away and helped us put together an offer that we were happy with and that the sellers liked a lot too. Once our offer was accepted, Hema sent us the most helpful timeline and then checked in with us and everyone else involved to make sure that everything stayed on track. The whole process was seamless, and it is all thanks to her. Even now that we've closed, she's still making herself available for all of our questions about getting settled in. While we have absolutely no plans to leave our beautiful new home, we would work with Hema again in a heartbeat. We highly, highly recommend her.
