Just a week ago Helene brought to a successful conclusion the sale of my and my husband’s home in Venice. Helene is the best realtor we have ever worked with, bar none. We have worked with many realtors over the years as we've bought and sold numerous homes and Helene is superior to all of them in every category. High praise, but it's not an overstatement. She is an outstanding realtor and I'll never work with anyone else. We initially engaged her because of her thorough knowledge of the area. We met her at an open house and she listened to us and took the time to learn what we were looking for. She gave excellent advice every step of the way, educating us on all the different areas and options. She was very patient with us and never pushed us to buy. Once we found the right home Helene was fantastic. The market was very hot and she was extremely responsive. We saw 50 houses in 6 days before we met with Helene. We couldn’t find what we wanted then we meet with Helene in her office. She asked us a lot of questions. Figured out what we were looking for. Then she showed us about 5 houses. She found us our house. She did a great job! Her knowledge of the house was excellent. I’ve worked in construction for 36 years and she amazes me. Her knowledge of the trees and landscaping blew my mind. I gave her 5 stars I wish I could have given her 10 stars.
