Working with Helen was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. One of the things we appreciated most was how well she adapted to our style of making decisions. She never pressured us, was always available to answer our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire home-buying process. Her advice during property visits was thoughtful and honest, pointing out not only the strengths of a home but also potential concerns that were worth considering. She always brought printed materials with the information of each visited unit and that was very helpful.Helen also took the time to understand our preferences and helped us configure the Zenlist search filters so that we could focus on homes that truly matched what we were looking for. She was very flexible with showing times and always worked around our schedules.Another highlight was the excellent team of professionals she assembled to support the purchase. From start to finish, the entire process felt well coordinated, making each step simple and efficient. We especially appreciated how available Helen and her team were, even on weekends. Their responsiveness made a meaningful difference and set them apart from other companies we had worked with.We are very grateful for Helen’s guidance and support, and we have already recommended her to friends and colleagues who are looking to buy a home. We would not hesitate to work with her again.

A market savvy and client focused professional!

I chose Helen because I knew I could count on her knowledge of the market as well as the neighborhoods of Chicago. She was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process and always made me feel confident in her ability to address any questions or concerns I had. In fact, any question, concern, or issue that came up was addressed immediately. She was unbelievably responsive throughout the entire process. Purchasing a home can feel stressful and overwhelming at times, but Helen’s level of communication and follow through made all the difference. This is actually my second time using Helen as a realtor. A few years ago, she also sold a condo for me, and the confidence I had in her skills then was exactly why I contacted her again when I was looking for a new home. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Our best friend referred Helen to us and the moment she walked into our chaos, we knew we had the right person. We were selling a condo and we were dealing with a messy place, a family member who was very sick and us knowing little to nothing. Helen always had the information we needed as we navigated Probate, and preparation for showing. Bestteam ever..She literally took everything in stride, asked lots of questions and assured us we could team up and have a great outcome. We did! But, not without the constant years of expertise and unbelievable patience and kindness throughout the entire sale. Helen and her team always made us feel confident and assured throughout the process. Erin & Billy

Helen was a life saver. Honestly , we can't imagine how we would ever have navigated all of the ins and outs. Our dear friend referred her to us and from the moment we met her we knew this is who we were going to work with. We were selling a condo in my husband's family so we also had to some how learn how to deal with probate and selling the condo. But, Helen saved the day! Her knowledge of all things required to go on this path gave us the peace of mind we needed to get it done. She was patient, kind, had a great sense of humor, and worked so hard to bring this to point of selling the condo. We will recommend her and her team to everyone. Thank you Helen, with our gratitude from Billy and Erin.
