Helen is the best! She went the extra mile to help us figure out the best way to get the house ready for the market and then above and beyond again in getting it shown and sold. She's a tireless worker and always positive. This experience was much easier because of her expertise and personality and her hard work really paid off.

We needed to move nearer our family in North Carolina who, having used Helen in purchasing their home, told us she was the agent we needed and could trust. We wrote contracts sight unseen from listings and her recommendations. We love our new home! We are amazed at Helen’s dedication, responsiveness and effectiveness especially since we were buying from Hawaii where there’s a 6 hour time difference! She listened to our needs and preferences, identified available matches and discussed the pros and cons of each. We submitted offers based only on her observations and her evaluation against our desires. Properties were on the market for a day or less and received multiple offers the moment they were listed. Given the 6 hour difference between North Carolina and Hawaii, Helen made sure to get the property info to us before or as soon as properties were available, guided us in making the right offers and got our offers in immediately. She was up all hours to make sure we didn’t miss an opportunity. Our family was anxious to see what we’d made offers on, so Helen made sure they saw the properties ASAP though the offers had already been submitted. We are all very pleased with the property we bought. Helen made it very easy throughout the process, made sure we understood the details of real estate transactions in North Carolina, made sure to get us the right inspectors and contractors and helped us get settled in our new home.

She was available for questions and very prompt in responding, She managed communications with sellers agent, closing attorney and us in a very timely manner.
