I'm a mortgage broker who's had the privilege of working with Heidi Grande and her buyers. I can tell you that Heidi goes well above and beyond for her buyers and sellers before, during and after the transactions are closed. She's wonderful to work with as a partner; she's extremely knowledgeable and will go to bat for her clients. I can't say enough positive things about her and hope that you'll choose her to represent you!

I want to offer feedback on the job that Heidi Murphy-Grande did regarding the sale of our home in Silverado CA. Heidi definitely took several extra steps to insure the process was successful. Heidi even worked around the house and yard to insure everything looked great. She recommended several important upgrades. Thanks to Heidi for a job well done. DA.

We worked with Heidi on the purchase of my family's forever home and the simplest way to convey how we felt about her role in the process is that we couldn't have asked for someone more caring or helpful. She went above and beyond and it so refreshing to work with someone experienced in the world of real estate who is so genuine.

I had been searching for a house with other agents for several months when a friend referred Heidi. And she found a perfect house for me in just a few days! The transaction went smoothly thanks to Heidi's resourcefulness. She was incredibly communicative, answering calls and texts promptly and providing all the information about the buying process, the house and the neighborhood before I even asked. It was my first-time home buying experience and it was great. I have been for two weeks in my new house and I love it. Thank you Heidi!

I used Heidi Grande Properties in October Of 2022 to sell my home in San Clemente Ca. The services that I received and experienced was in my opinion the most knowledgeable, professional, progressive skill set available to me in a very competitive realty marketplace. From the start of price point assessment to property presentation preparation, through marketing structures and execution, not discounting the negotiating skills, the process was navigated perfectly!Heidi delivered the end results I needed to get my retirement dreams in motion. Heidi also assisted in my relocation endeavors and helped me to make my next destination property a reality. You can never be disappointed when you hire the Best!!

Selling a home is Not a DIY project. To extract the best monetary benefits from your lifelong investment a Driven Real Estate Pro like Heidi Grande is prudent. I would have never thought of all the social media and advertising vehicles she used to sell my home in a challenging market season as present. To allow the results that I experienced I hope that agents are given proper support to propel and navigate the market by First Team. Awesome job Done by and awesome Realtor Agent!!
