She took care of everything from contacting the best septic system company (the whole system needed upgrading) to helping stage the house. I was blessed having Heather sell my parents home. Her knowledge, expertise and caring qualities made selling the house stress free. Oh, and by the way, she sold the house in one day!
Heather did an amazing job from start to finish. This included the initial meeting at which she reviewed comps, pricing and timing for listing the house, and prep work needed by us before it could be listed. She also oversaw repairs that were needed given that I lived out-of-state. While it was listed, she provided periodic feedback from potential buyers.
