Through Dickson Realty, I initially engaged Heather as my Tahoe Donner property manager. Serving in this capacity, Heather was always reliable, accessible and professional. Hence, when I decided to sell my property, it was an easy decision to also use Heather as my listing agent. I grew up in Truckee and moved back in recent years with the aim of becoming a homeowner. Needless to say, the market was challenging, and I had to really examine my priorities and expectations. And even after my purchase she has checked in consistently and made sure I was informed and comfortable. Heather was a big help to me as I sold my home. She reviewed my house and told me what needed to be done to make it more saleable. And then, she gave me the names of contractors who helped me improve my house. She also scheduled and ran open houses to attract buyers.
