She presented us with all of the comparable properties sold, gave us a realistic price we should list for, and what we needed to get ready for. Wow is all we can say! Heather was exceptional to work with throughout the process. She clearly had done her homework when working with us to establish our listing price. Truthfully, we probably would have listed it below market value. She added a few special touches to the entrance way and some fresh flowers in our bedrooms for that extra welcoming touch. She reviewed and compiled the offers, pointing out the key differences between them making it easy to find the offer that best fit our needs. There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed. She recommended an electrician who made us a priority, showed up on time, went the extra mile to reach out to JEA on a matter JEA needed to address and the contractor’s cost came within the estimate quoted. The closing went smoothly and as the buyers have had follow up questions on our old home, she reached out to us on their behalf for answers. These are efforts occurring after the closing and beyond what she is compensated for in her fee. She clearly loves her job and working with people. We would highly recommend her.
