We were moving from out of state to Florida. Our friends referred us to Berkshire Hathaway real estate and the agent they used Hazel tweedale. As soon as we spoke with Hazel over the phone first time. She was very easy to talk to we instantly felt comfortable with her. she asked us what we were looking for we gave her the details. Hazel sent us several homes to look at. It was a fierce market we bidded on several homes and we're out bidded. We were getting frustrated as we were doing this all by texts emails and over the phone. Sight unseen. Hazel always reasuured us she would find us a home. Let's see where do I start with hazel, my home that was for sale was in the Del Webb subdivision in Nocatee Florida. Our first offer was a full price offer, but it fell through very close to closing because of the health of the purchaser.
The second full price offer fell through within 3 days or so.
The third offer which also was a full price offer, finally closed. I'm sure this was one of Hazel's toughest closings. The title company screwed up so many things so many times that everybody was mad at each other. However I was not mad at Hazel because they're with things that were happening that were beyond our control.
Hazel stuck through it all, checked on the house many times as I was out of town and unable to check on it. There were many last-minute things that came up that were just plain crazy, get the details from Hazel.
By the end of the closing the purchaser and realtor for the purchaser were hardly talking to each other, Hazel to the rescue.
Hazel has done many real estate transactions for my family over the years, and all turned out fine.
You are very fortunate to have somebody like hazel working for you.

Where to begin, there are not enough words in the English language to commend Hazel for the depth of her commitment to me and the process. I really believe it was divine purposed that we were put together. I would not be sitting in my lovely Condo if it had not been for her. The condo meets my expectation above and beyond anything I had hope for and that is thanks to Hazel for going to bat for me. She made this happen and explained everything along the way. When I asked "when do I give up"? She replied "Never"!
