Hannah was great from start to finish. She didn't pressure us to list with her after the initial meeting. She gave us her recommendations and wished us luck with whatever way we decide to go. Once we agreed and signed she was making things happen. She had a video and report ready by the next day. She had a recommended asking price based on that data and again, not hard selling us on the numbers but making recommendations, giving us options and allowing us to make the choices. We officially signed with her and listed the house on Wednesday, had an offer by Friday and under contract Monday. After that, Hannah and her team(Thank you Dana!) made sure everything was taken care of. If we had a question or concern, they had an answer and more often than not said 'we will handle it!' We are 100 percent satisfied with this experience and would and already have recommended her for anyone looking for a real estate agent.
