I'd highly recommend Hannah Bradley at Briggs Freeman. I was relocating back to Texas from Minnesota and needed an immediate rental, then a 1M purchase within a year. I contacted at least six agents from Briggs Freeman and Hannah was the "one" who responded, and what a blessing she did. She found us the rental over a weekend visit, and we just closed on our home six months later. I never had to worry about Hannah taking care of business, and fully trusted her opinions, suggestions, and negotiation skills. As a licensed realtor with Lakes Sotheby's in Minnesota and a real estate developer, Hannah is the first agent I've fully entrusted to completely take the wheel. I'd give her 20 stars if possible. Hannah sets the bar at its highest, and she should be an example to all agents in how to conduct business.
